Try It Out - Midweek Recharge: Yoga at The Barn

Wednesdays from 7-8pm

 

Jen Darling, a highly respected Reiki Master and Yoga Instructor, is bringing her gifts to the Barn, and specifically, our beautiful, spacious Loft!

 

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that gently targets the deeper connective tissues, joints, and fascia through longer-held, supported postures. By nourishing these tissues and encouraging circulation, Yin helps maintain mobility, resilience, and ease in the body over time. As we age, this practice keeps us supple, hydrated, and juicy—a true fountain of youth from the inside out. A weekly practice is ideal. 

 

You have the opportunity the next several weeks to come "Try It Out" for $20 per class, Wednesdays from 7-8pm

 

You will have the opportunity to designate which dates you'd like to Sign Up For after Check Out! 

 

Session packages will hopefully become available later this Winter!
