Ready to have fun? Meet new people? De-stress through movement? In our group classes you will experience all of the above and more! Bachata is a style of Latin partner dance born in the Dominican Republic and dances to Bachata music. It features partner connection, rhythmic footwork, and body movement. In Meraki Dance’s Level 1 classes, you will learn the foundational basic steps and techniques of Bachata to get you immediately dancing on the social floor! Founded by Chelsey Owen, an industry-recognized instructor with over 20 years of teaching and performance experience, Meraki offers structured classes for all levels - from newcomers to seasoned dancers.
