Note: We rent the Gallery in 2 week increments. On occasion, exhibits that run 3-4 weeks are possible but not guaranteed. Consideration will be given to 1 week exhibits but exhibits that adhere to the 2 week minimum are given priority due to our scheduling needs.

All exhibit Hang Dates begin on Wednesdays at 11am. All Teardown Dates are Tuesdays after Exhibit Hours and must be completed by 11am on the following Wednesday.

Note: Opening Receptions are Thursday evenings. On occasion, a Sunday during exhibit hours can also be permitted, but only with Office approval as other events may be going on in the building. It is possible to request a Friday, again with Office approval, if it is at least one month out from the date.

Sometimes the work to be exhibited is not yet created at the time of the proposal, which we understand! What we ask is that the photos of work included should be considered as inherent to your intended exhibit, not just representative of your work as a whole.
